For your services, I have arranged for the creation of your new robes, provided you can gather the needed materials...$B$BFor these robes, you must return to Ashenvale for the locks of hair from laughing sisters--dryads who gather near the Raynewood Retreat.$B$BWhen you have their hair, bring it to Kil'hala, a troll tailor at the Crossroads in the Barrens. He will be expecting you, and will fashion your robes.

Bring 12 Laughing Sister's Hairs to Kil'hala at the Crossroads.
